That people can be so unselfish that they would put their own feelings aside for the sake of others. Not only for the people they love, but for anyone they come across.

I’ve, sadly, been cursed with this quality and it’s drained me. Drained me to the point where no matter where I am, I am unhappy. No matter who I talk to, who I’m with and how drunk I am, I remain unhappy.

Tired: emotionally, physically, and mentally.

You wanna know why I’m falling back? It’s because for too long, I’ve been putting myself on the back burner and letting everyone step all over me and take advantage of my kindness. Don’t get me wrong, I can definitely be the biggest bitch on the block, but I do a lot for my friends and people I love. Even people I don’t give a fuck about, I will put them first.

For now, I’m gonna take my life into my hands. I’m gonna be selfish. I’m gonna call people to talk about my problems no matter how late. I’m NOT gonna let people come over at the ugliest hours of the night because they have nowhere else to go. I’m NOT gonna hand my cigarettes out like candy. I’m NOT gonna share my homework with the lazy fuck who didn’t do it. I’m NOT gonna go to my friend’s house and sit around doing nothing just because they’re bored. I’m going to be productive. I’m going to be the person who doesn’t text back fast. I’m going to be the person who will look at who’s calling and not answer. I’m going to be the person who doesn’t drive to God knows where, my friends can come to me. I want to know what it feels like to go to sleep happy and to wake up either just as happy or happier.

Im NOT gonna let my future bfs have my bffs' numbers and jst let them flirt with each other like i don't exist . Im NOT gonna find a future bf who knows me or my life or anyone related to me before .
